Steel Sheet Wall Mount Electrical Enclosure , Industrial Metal Wall Mount Enclosures

The enclosures can be secured to the wall using bolts, which are fxed directly through the rear wall
of the enclosure, the bolts are protected inside with plastic washers, or wall mounting brackets, which are
screwed at the rear of the enclosure. In both cases the IP ratings are guaranteed.The door opens within the outer dimensions of the enclosure body, allowing enclosures to be mounted side by side without the doors interfering.Maximum protection for the user and the equipment is achieved thanks to the high protection degrees IP 55 and 66 according to IEC 60529, and IK 10 according to IEC 62262

Construction
 

• Formed 1.2mm or 1.5mm steel.
• Smooth, continuously welded seams ground smooth.
• Door stiffeners are provided where required for increased strength and rigidity - designed to also permit additional mounting options.
• Formed lip on enclosure to exclude flowing liquids and contaminants.
• Door latches feature the added safety of quarter turn slot requiring use of tool for opening.
• Doors may be easily removed for modifications and are interchangeable.
• Seamless poured-in place gasket.
• Collar studs provided for mounting plate
• Includes hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for wall mounting holes.
• Bonding stud provided on door and grounding stud installed in enclosure.
